Frequently Asked Quetions

How do I access the program?

Once you sign up you will be added to our coaching software from Coach Catalyst. Simply follow the steps and download the app.

Do I need any special equipment or ingredients?

None at all. This is designed to remove all barriers to entry. I will give you the tools to use in your own way. Of course you can always make imprivements as you progress but that is entirely up to you.

Will there be a training plan to follow?

Not on this program. We will solely focus on nutrition and lifestyle, it is a big enough area to cover! My training plans are available separately. Message me for more information.

Do I need to exercise during the program?

I always encourage people to stay active, but you don’t need to be a gym member or follow a strict workout routine to make this work.

Can I join halfway?

Unfortunately not. The program runs for 6 weeks with tailored focus areas for each week.
