Hi, I'm Tom, a Nutrition, Sleep, Stress and Resilience coach. I specialise in helping people make sense of their health needs to change their physique for the long term.

Once you sign up you will be added to our coaching software from Coach Catalyst. Simply follow the steps and download the app.
None at all. This is designed to remove all barriers to entry. I will give you the tools to use in your own way. Of course you can always make imprivements as you progress but that is entirely up to you.
Not on this program. We will solely focus on nutrition and lifestyle, it is a big enough area to cover! My training plans are available separately. Message me for more information.
I always encourage people to stay active, but you don’t need to be a gym member or follow a strict workout routine to make this work.
